Robert O. Pomroy, Jr. founded Roper Inc. in 1984. Over the years, Robert has built Roper Equipment into one of Midland, Odessa, and San Angelo, TX’s largest independent heavy equipment and used heavy equipment dealers. We deal in both new and used equipment sales as well as rentals.
